Absolutely great place all in all, has affable staff despite the money obsessed management. There is plenty of delicious food for breakfast. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, like Fish 101, the bus line and Leucadia which is much dirtier. Leucadia district is worth your attention.

Cheap hotel.
Possibly the best and just perfect stay for a holiday or a business trip. Variety of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with microwave and full view, as for instance. Easy check-in, parking on site. Everything great.

Ocean Inn is right on the beach with a back stairway to the beach. Front desk employees were exceptionally friendly and outgoing, both Inga and I think his name is Victor (guy from the uk). Nice continental breakfast included for a very reasonable price. Safe area with a great Fish 101 restaurant right next door that has the most incredible seafood and burgers for great prices! Ocean Inn has plenty of parking, as well. Very clean room! Very clean and sanitary bathroom!! Thank you!!!
Everything was great. Nothing bad to say! Great stay! Thank you!!!

During my 9-night stay, the excellent low rate of $68 was a pleasant surprise, especially for this county. Issues arose towards the end when the owner accused me of theft regarding key cards I had returned. Minor complaints such as being scolded for water on the lobby floor detracted from the otherwise decent experience. The linens were nice, and the parking was convenient, but the customer service left much to be desired.

Location and price was fair, not overerly expensive
Enjoyed the stay, was comfortable, Breakfast was a bit scimpy. Only bread and cheap orange juice with all the suger. Would have preferred some scrambled eggs and milk.

The Ocean Inn was pleasant for the money. The staff was very nice and rooms were clean except for the carpets. The carpets very pretty dirty, with several stains. It was a good price and comfortable beds.
The ad said just steps from the beach. There was a very long walk to where you could enter into the beach and the steps were considerable. It would be very difficult to go up and down the stairs with a family and/or a cooler and chairs. It really suprised us on how far the beach was and how many, many, many steps there were to get down to the beach area.
